Gary would always greet me with a smile whenever we met. He was happy to share his knowledge and help me when I asked.
On away days Gary would effortlessly put on the required safety equipment and harnesses. He would then help as I struggled with the buckles, straps and clips.
I will miss Gary’s down to earth attitude and the interesting conversations we had together.
